Change Politics for Good and Restore Trust

I am really excited at the prospect of representing Ilford South, which is the place where I went to school, where I grew up and where I still live. I entered politics because of my frustration with politicians from all parties failing to govern the country properly, failing to act in accordance with the democratically expressed wishes of the people they claim to represent and, perhaps worst of all, failing even to act in accordance with the manifestos on which they were elected. With this website I have tried be to as transparent as possible and provide useful information. You can:

On Brexit, you can review:

The Brexit Party was formed to not only restore trust in the democratic process but also to bring together ordinary but talented and diverse people from outside of politics to bring back trust in the political system and to reconnect the Government to the people it represents. Politicians must truly act as trustees of the people they represent and be the guardians of their views on the national stage and, as someone who has grown up and lived in Goodmayes/Seven Kings for most of my life since early childhood, I firmly believe, with my experience and background, I will do this for my fellow Ilford South constituents.

  • We need honest MPs working hard for ordinary people and small business, not making false promises and not influenced by big multinational corporates or EU funded lobbyists.
  • We need MPs with vision, integrity and the skills to work effectively. Many of the last set of MPs lacked these qualities.
  • We need MPs who actually understand UK and EU laws and economics so we can question and move forward constructively.

Diversity in the Brexit Party

Brexit Party candidates include successful people from many non-political backgrounds including doctors, nurses, engineers, teachers, farmers, taxi drivers, academics, people in business and much more. It also includes people of all faiths, ethnicities and genders across the country.

Contacting and following me

I encourage constituents and businesses based in Ilford South and surrounding areas to get in touch with me at munish.sharma@thebrexitparty.org to share their views and concerns. I will do my best to respond and engage in further discussions about how we can improve our lives and the community in Ilford South as well as more broadly on a national level. We need new people in politics who listen to their constituents and can be trusted.
